　　结束了夏日的冷淡市场后，首次公开发股活动令美国股市开始升温。中国公司搜房控股本周的上市带来了第一轮热潮，股票交易市场再度引起股民兴趣。

　　德意志银行率先试水新股，购买293万美元搜房托管股（发行号SFUN），搜房网新股发行价格为40.5美元——42.5美元。份ADS相当于四股普通股，超过90%的股份将由两大股东控制。搜房网顺利上市后，澳洲电信将不再持有搜房股份，或将引起持有此类股份的股民的忧虑。

　　Afterthe typical, end-of-summer hiatus, initial public offering activity is ramping up. The first wave comes this week from Chinese-based company SouFun Holdings which could generate some interest, especially on news of the accelerated nature of the deal.

　　Deutsche Bank will be the first to test the waters, bringing 2.93 million American depositary shares of SouFun, which will trade under symbol SFUN, between $40.50 and $42.50. Each ADS is equivalent to four ordinary shares and over 90% of the offering will be coming from two shareholders, perhaps causing some apprehension from investors who may be concerned with SFUN's majority shareholder, Telstra, liquidating its entire position.
