　　NEW DELHI--Indian Oil Corp. (530965.BY) and BP PLC (BP.LN) plan to set up an equally owned 1.0-million-ton acetic-acid plant in India's western state of Gujarat with an investment of 70 billion rupees ($1.24 billion), a senior executive at the state-run refiner said Wednesday.

　　"We plan to commission it by the financial year ending March 2016," Rajkumar Ghosh, director of refineries at Indian Oil, told reporters.
